Messages to this email address are delivered directly to our ticket system. Support tickets receive top priority every day and are checked regularly throughout the day. It is best to use the ticket system if you have an immediate concern. We generally respond to students within 24-48 hours or by Monday at 5PM if your ticket came in over the weekend. ***Best way to hear from any JAZZEDGE staff member quickly!

The forum may be accessed through ANY membership account. It is a wonderful resource for obtaining feedback from other musicians and a great place to post any lesson requests or problems you may have with the usability of the membership site. Willie maintains a presence on the forum but we recognize that Willie is not the “end-all-be-all” of jazz piano. There are many active, lively musicians offering feedback on the forum and we encourage our students to take their perspectives into account, as well. ***Best way to get Willie’s attention!

In general, someone is in the office and available to take calls Monday-Friday, 9-5 EST. We are happy to help you place an order or assist you with any questions you may have. Because he spends most of his day in the studio, Willie is unavailable to speak with students by phone but he is active on the forum and he will respond to tickets as needed.

Other email addresses

Wilile, Valerie and the JAZZEDGE staff all have personal email addresses that you may have come across in other correspondence. Due to the volume of individual emails that we receive on a daily basis, we ask that you use the pianohelp@jazzedge.com email address to initiate contact with us.

FaceBook

We use FaceBook for announcements, news about new lessons and other exciting tid bits! FaceBook is a fun way to stay connected with us but it is not the best way to reach us if you have a problem or an immediate concern.

YouTube

We use YouTube to post sample videos, announcements and free lessons (when available). YouTube is a fun way to stay connected with us but it is not the best way to reach us if you have a question or an immediate concern.

Twitter

We use twitter for announcements, news about new lessons and other exciting tid bits! We are not in the habit of corresponding with students via twitter other than outreach.

Community Section

The community section may be accessed through ANY membership account. This is a wonderful networking resource but we are not in the habit of corresponding with students via the community section.

Staff

Grace Anniskett, Student Services Coordinator

Grace is in the office and at her desk on Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm.  She is responsible for taking orders, responding to support tickets, shipping orders and general customer service. Grace is also a proficient web designer and programmer.

Valerie Remillard Myette, Vice President/Co-Owner JAZZEDGE

Valerie is in the office from 9-5 PM, Monday through Friday but is not always at her desk. Valerie is responsible for office management, company finances, company outreach and other executive duties.

Willie Myette, President/Co-Owner JAZZEDGE

Willie is in the office from 9-5 PM, Monday through Friday but much of this time is spent in the studio recording lessons. Willie is responsible for creating lessons, curriculum and the website interface and has many other executive duties.

Please remember that we are a small, family business and we ask for your patience and flexibility. We generally respond to students within 24-48 hours but illness, family responsibilities and unforeseen circumstances do occur.  However, we will do our best to keep you informed about any potential delays in service.
