If I upgrade my account, do I lose what I have already paid for?
Nope. Just submit a support ticket and we are happy to refund the unused portion of your membership.
For instance, if you signed up for a monthly membership and decided in the middle of the month to upgrade to a yearly membership, we would dive what you paid in half and send you a coupon code so that you save that money off your new membership.
Basically, you do not lose time or money when upgrading.
