, I know that it is frustrating when something doesn't work! Let me give you some tips that will hopefully get you up and running.

Here are a few points to remember first:

• The videos have been tested on multiple machines and they do work, otherwise I would get hundreds of emails daily.
• The problem is most likely something happening on your local machine.
