How to Improv over Advanced Blues Scales?

Hi Willie (or anyone else?),

In the Advanced Jazz & Blues lessons, you go over the Advanced Scales, but not enough in depth (for me at least) about how to use these scales in improvising over the Blues progressions. Is there a separate lesson anywhere that goes into this?

I'm going to do a continuation on this series in the next available Jazz lesson....so about 6-8 weeks. In the meantime, I would suggest taking a look at the Funk Improv series cause there is some really nice ideas and licks in there that you can use over the blues as well.

Awesome! It's funny, when you ended that segment about using Advanced scales to improv, I thought I saw a hesitant look on your face for a fleeting second, almost as if you were worried about leaving us hanging with such difficult material. I love the sounds of those scales, and can't wait for your next lesson! Thanks Willie.
