I have created a support ticket system. At the top of all MyLessonClub.com lesson sites, the menu now has a 'Support' link.
PLEASE use this link for support (http://support.jazzedge.com) or click on the support link in the member area. Please do not email me directly.
Why? Because then you are "in the system" and your support request can be tracked. When you email your support request to me directly, it goes in my email box. If I get a lot of email in a day, it might get lost!
