Over the Rainbow Voicing

I was watching the "Chord Gems" lesson and Willie played a cm7 chord- LH
C-G-D, RH Eb-Bb-Eb, kind of a cm9th sound with a tension form the D-Eb cluster.
This chord sounds great as the second chord in "Over the Rainbow"- that Cm7th with the Eb as the melody. Very moving sound...

Oops! I just watched Over the Rainbow again and he used that exact chord voicing in his video! Sorry....still sounds great , though!
