Recording MP3 lessons and keyboard together

As of now I play Willie"s lesson MP3s and play my keyboard into the audio line in jack. This works well. Anyone have a clue of some popular audio software that will allow me to record the thing? That is the lesson MP3 and my line in keyboard combined. Know nothing about recording. Any answers please. Thanks.

I find Goldwave to be a very good piece of software.

When recording you wanna be sure to have your two sources (MP3 and keyboard) mixed properly so that each volume is correct and balance (left and right channels) is good.

Goldwave would enable you to edit the input, add effects, and output in a variety of formats including WAV and MP3.
