Hey Everyone,
This isn't exactly piano-related, but I was wondering if anyone else was curious about Willie's piano background. I know he studied at Berklee, but I wanted to know how old he was when he started playing, how much he practiced per day to get to where he's at, how much does he currently practice to maintain his skills, who his pianistic influences are/were etc...maybe if Willie doesn't mind, he could briefly go over some of this stuff in the next radio show or in a post on the forum? What do you guys think? I ran a quick google search and found this:

Hope to hear from you guys soon!

Indeed that would be pretty cool! I thought he might have some of this info already out there in his "about" page, but not sure.

anyone else interested? Maybe Willie could also shed some light on his experience at Berklee, what the courses were like, the audition process, his professors...I think it would be really interesting to hear about that.

Hey everyone, I created a new forum here:
http://www.mylessonclub.com/forum/forumdisplay.php?f=24

In this forum, feel free to ask questions about me or my experiences. I figure that would be an easier than me just writing more about myself. Ask away and I'm happy to answer them here:

Noticed a little thing so I'll just drop it in here. I see when you have 1-21 post it says Silver Memeber, then bronze on 21-50 post. Should be the other way around, bronze before silver? :)

Great Jazz and Blues lessons this month Willie. Put a smile on my face because I was thinking about requesting a lesson on modes and maye some ragtime. You read my mind.

Maybe do Maple Leaf Rag by Scott Joplin sometime? I do play The Enterainer and it's easy to find arrangments for that one it seems. I guess it's the most famous rag tune. Still always wanted to learn Maple Leaf Rag, it's such a classic.

Hmm. Probably shouldn't do request in this thread, but since I was off topic anyways :)
