Hi Willie!
Your "piano university/ education system" is fantastic!
But just a little wish for future lessons:
When you are showing us the notes in the chords you often say:
Example: Chord is F#-7 you say: "...we have in the left hand F#, E and A and in the right B, E, F# and G#".
But, and here is my point, we know the names of the keys and notes. Thats the simple thing you learn fast and easy. And we see them nice and clear in the DVD. But, what takes some time to learn is the function of the notes.
So now to my wish: It is that you would start to call the notes by their names in the chord. Like: "...we have in the left hand root, dominant 7 and the minor third and in the right #11, dom 7, root and the nine."
Or at least that you do it a little more. I remember that you did mention the notes like #9 etc more before in the lessons. But now you are saying G, F, B etc more often. Am I right?
What do you think about this?
Regards
Christian
