I did some google searching and found A LOT of posts on this issue. It seems that it is an issue with FireFox and flash. There are several "theories" and suggestions on how to fix this problem.
A) First, I'd suggest getting the latest flash (right now 10.0.12.36 on windows) and see if that helps.
B) You can also try "downgrading" to flash 9. The installers are here: http://kb.adobe.com/selfservice/viewContent.do?externalId=tn_14266&sliceId=2
C) You can try these hints (there are also links of where on the web I found these hints)
1) Solution 1: Copy NPSWF32.dll to Mozilla Firefox Plugins Folder
The Flash video playback terminated after few seconds issue may be caused by DLL file for Flash Player is located at invalid location. Copy and paste the NPSWF32.dll from C:\Windows\System32\Macromed\Flash folder (32-bit Windows) or C:\Windows\SysWOW64\Macromed\Flash folder (64-bit Windows) into C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox\plugins folder (32-bit Windows) or C:\Program Files (x86)\Mozilla Firefox\plugins for (64-bit Windows). Then restart Firefox browser.
2) User reports: I had this problem last week. I just reinstalled Flash, and so far no problems
Firefox 3.0B4
flash 9,0,115,0

3) Yes I upgraded to Firefox 3 beta, and it looks to work better now. I haven't seen any flash problems yet. THANKS!

4) I resolved this issue by downgrading... stuff works now in all my browsers. Archived Flash Players available for testing purposes
I downgraded my flash player to 9,0,45,0, and video works again.

5) Quicktime tweaking (offered by Dan Rogul) worked for me:
"If you go to Start Menu> Programs>QuickTime>QuickTime Player
and pull up an instance of the player, you can then go to Edit > Preferences > QuickTime Preferences > Streaming
Look at the second box where it says Enable Instant-On and remove the check mark from this box.
Click Apply and then OK.
Restart Firefox (I prefer to go through TaskMan and kill the process so I can save all my open tabs in Firefox, but feel free to do your own thing)."

As you can see there are MANY conflicting solutions!
Just search here and you'll see:
http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&safe=off&client=safari&rls=en-us&q=firefox+flash+movies+stop+playing&btnG=Search
The point is that this problem is plaguing sites across the web.
LASTLY::::::
You can try testing the movies in IE...they might work! Other things like file downloads will not work, but the movies should.
You can also try Safari and it can be downloaded here: http://www.apple.com/safari/download/
I will open up this thread for posts. Please post any solutions that you have found.
Thank you for your patience!
