I have heard a bit about this procedure and I was wondering if you could answer my question on a Radio show sometime.
Originally my understanding or preconception was to do with actual rhythm. However I have since found that, I think, in a nutshell you take a lead sheet with chord chart and scrap the lead and make up your own stuff. Probably reharm it as well. I would like to hear your explanation and maybe a demo and how I could apply this concept to chord charts and lead sheets that we use in our worship team. (of course not straying too far from the original to make completely unrecognizable.)
If I am off base, I am eager to hear what it really is!
