How about a lesson on scales. I know there is already a ton of info on the site about scales but compiling it all into a lesson might be helpful.

Chapters could include:
Types of Scales
• Major scales
• Modes of maj scales
• Minor scales
• Modes of Melodic Minors
• Pentetonic
• BeeBop
• Diminished/Octatonic
• Whole Tone
• Blues
• Altered
Scale exercises
How to practice scales
improvising using scales
Avoid notes
Applying Scales to Chords
Ear training with scales tones
Scale patterns (thirds, fourths, etc.)

I'm sure you could come up with more too. Anyway, seems like enough info for a whole lesson.
