If you need support the BEST way to get it is to submit a ticket through the support system.
Please open a ticket at http://support.jazzedge.com. You DO NOT need to register. Just click on the Submit a Ticket (http://support.jazzedge.com/index.php?_m=tickets&_a=submit) link.
You can also CLICK HERE (http://support.jazzedge.com/index.php?_m=tickets&_a=submit) to go right to the submit a ticket link.
Please, please, please follow this procedure! It makes it a lot easier for me to solve your issue.

When you go to the support site, you'll see buttons like register and you'll also see a login form. You DO NOT need to register. The login form is ONLY for submitted tickets. So, this is how it works....
1) you submit a ticket
2) you will be emailed a link and username/password.
3) disregard the link and password because....
4) you'll receive an email reply to your question
The link and password is just if you want to read your support ticket online or if you wanted to see all of your support tickets that you have submitted.
