First, if none of the movies are working then there is something wrong on your end. Sorry to be so blunt, but as you could imagine if the movies did'nt work I would get hundreds of angry emails!
So please check your computer's settings first.
Make sure that you have JavaScript enabled and that flash is properly installed.
You should be using FIREFOX (http://www.getfirefox.com), not Internet Explorer.
JAVASCRIPT:
Make sure Javascript is turned on by going to the Internet Preferences in Firefox and under the Content tab, select javascript. See the image below:

You can test both your JavaScript and Flash settings by navigating to:
My Account > Member Area (i.e. JazzPianoLessons.com Monthly...etc)> Tools > Check your version of Flash
If you see a blue ball, then flash & JavaScript are properly installed and working.
Buffering Issues:
If you did the steps above and the movies are still slow, it could be the Internet connection at your end.
As you probably know, There are many computers "in-between" the MyLessonClub.com server and your local machine. If any of these computers are down, then it will affect your connection. This is the bad news.
The good news is that this is usually only a temporary problem.
Solution:
Try logging out
Restart your machine
Log back in
Did that fix the problem? If not, try waiting a few hours or even a day to see if the problem clears up. Many times it is just a temporary problem and will clear up in a few hours.
If you are still having trouble, please fill out the Contact Willie form found in the Tools Section.
