Is there any email notification in place

So that I don't miss any responses, or let them go by for a long time, is there any way to click something so that when our posts receive a reply we are quickly notified by email?

Yes, when replying, click on the 'Go Advanced' button.

Then, under Notification Type choose your email preference.
