Willie,
In "Summertime", your basic Stride style is Root and then often fifths and thirds.
First, is "Oom-Pah" the same as stride? Or is that style meant for a low root and a block chord around middle C?
Could you also do stride as Root followed by 3-7 or 7-3? I see that you do that in Lick 4 on the D7 - G7. Is there a reason for using 5-x in your stride more often than 3-7?
